The Leading Interior Design Trade Shows of 2020

At NewWall, we understand how important it is to keep abreast of the latest interior design trends. Trends may emerge from the catwalks of Paris, New York and London, or be influenced by a shift in culture or society, while others are due to the changing needs of those visiting/inhabiting a space.

One way to monitor industry changes and trends is to visit the design events and tradeshows. Have you attended any this year? Below, we’ve reviewed a selection of events that have already taken place and included key upcoming dates in 2020 for you to add to your calendar.

Heimtextil – Frankfurt, Germany

Heimtextil is an international trade fair for interior textiles, designs and trends. The event kicked off 2020 with new and exciting products that promise to set impulses for both exhibiting companies and interior design professionals from across the globe. In addition to a spectacular showcase of products, the trade show featured a varied programme of lectures from renowned experts, an impressive textile material library and themed tours.

Collection to watch – Diversity by Patricia Bustos Studio – Tres Tinas

Tres Tintas exhibited their latest collection ‘Diversity’ by Patricia Bustos Studio at Heimtextil 2020. The collection explores the uncertainty, excitement and exceptional challenges that the New Year brings. The design studio’s take on the digital world that connects us more than ever before, encourages the viewer to keep their lives as diverse, challenging and fulfilling as possible.

This concept is amplified through the diverse and free nature of the Diversity collection that was exhibited at the event.
