NewWall Inc. ships product orders directly to the client as per indicated lead-times, unless otherwise requested by the client during the ordering process. Shipping is via UPS or a carrier of our choice. We provide shipping within Canada and the USA via standard ground shipping (4-10 days Canada/Mainland USA). As per our policy for standard orders, if the total amount of the order exceeds $250 CAD/USD shipping is complimentary. PLEASE NOTE: complementary shipping is valid for standard wallpaper orders only. Fabric and hardware are not included in this offer. If necessary due to client’s delivery request, direct product shipment from our manufacturers can be arranged. Lead-time and rates will be quoted for this service at time of order.

All shipping rates are FOB from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Applicable Canadian and mainland USA shipping rates are included in our ordering process. All prices quoted include all customs, duties & brokerage, nothing required on delivery.

Sample orders are sent UPS and depending on your location, can take 2-3 business days for delivery with tracking information provided. This express delivery option is $12.50 and can be selected at checkout. If you are local and wish to collect your sample order, please select ‘showroom pick-up’ and we will notify you once its ready to be picked up at our Toronto showroom.
