NewWall Terms & Conditions

Terms

All accounts require full payment upon ordering, unless otherwise advised. If an order requires a four week or longer delivery period, a 50% deposit will be required on order, with the balance due upon shipment. All sales are considered final.

Orders

All orders and reserves will be submitted electronically. Complete shipment instructions must be provided at the time of order. New Wall Inc. will ship via UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping charges, including freight, handling, and insurance, are available upon ordering.

If the customer chooses to use their own carrier, full carrier information and account number must be provided at the time of order. New Wall Inc. will not be held responsible for damage or loss once goods are released to the customer’s carrier. Packaging and handling fees may apply.

Minimum Orders

Products sold by the roll require a 2 roll minimum. Products sold by the yard require a 5 yard minimum.

Special Cut Fee

The 5 yard minimum may be waived if the customer agrees to pay a 40% price premium per yard. Minimum shipping rates also apply.

Payment Methods

New Wall Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cheque payments are accepted only with prior approval and after credit verification. All cheque payments must be made payable to New Wall Inc.

Orders over $10,000 must be paid by wire transfer or credit card unless otherwise agreed. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% surcharge applies. If paying by wire transfer, the client is responsible for any bank fees.

Prices and Delivery

Prices quoted are net per roll or yard and are FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with options to ship directly from international manufacturer locations where applicable. Freight, handling, and insurance are included unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any applicable taxes, customs, clearance fees, VAT, or other destination charges are the customer’s responsibility where required.

Stock & Reserves

Stock may be reserved for a maximum of four days, after which the reserve will expire without notice. Standard delivery from Toronto is 4–7 days. Direct manufacturer delivery is generally four weeks unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Customers have 48 hours to cancel an order from the time it is received by New Wall Inc. without penalty, provided the order has not shipped. Orders cancelled after 48 hours and before shipping are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once product has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Re-Stocking Fees

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Claims for damage or short shipment must be submitted in writing to info@newwall.com within 30 days of receipt.

Defective product will be replaced with the same, like, and quality product. No refunds. No goods may be returned for credit or exchange without prior authorization. Goods must be examined before cutting, treating, or installing. No allowance will be made once product has been altered. New Wall Inc. does not accept responsibility for labour costs or compensation under any circumstances. All sales are final.
