Your access to and use of the Site in any manner, including browsing, activating an account, or making a purchase, constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read these Terms and that you accept and are bound, without limitation or qualification, all of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms as frequently as you access the Site to ensure you are informed of its content. PLEASE NOTE: From time to time, sample availability may change without notice. If a sample ordered is found to be out of stock, NewWall will notify the client by email and provide the following options:
- Wait for Replenishment – The sample may be placed on back-order, with an estimated lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks. Please note that choosing this option will delay shipment of the entire sample order until all items are available.
- Cancel the Unavailable Sample – The client may request that the unavailable sample be removed from the order. A refund will be issued for the sample, and the remaining items will be shipped as scheduled.
Clients are provided with 48 hours to respond to our notification. If no response is received within this timeframe, NewWall will assume the client wishes to wait for the sample to become available and will hold the order accordingly.Please note that sample lead times are estimates only and are subject to manufacturer availability.
If you are dissatisfied with this Website and the content therein or the Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of this website.
